Partner Program Terms
Please read these simple terms before joining the DOCS RCM Partner Program.
1 Account Registration
To access the DOCS RCM Partner Program, you must create a partner account through our Partner Login page. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. Access to your referral link, dashboard, commissions, and payouts is only available once your account has been created and approved.
2 Services Covered Under Referral
As a partner, you may refer healthcare providers for the following DOCS RCM services only:
- Medical Billing
- Medical Coding
- Credentialing
- Denial Management
- Front Office Support
- Patient Billing
- Out-of-Network Billing
No other services are offered or implied under the Partner Program.
3 Commission Structure
4 Payouts
- Payouts can be requested once your available balance reaches $100.
- Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
- All commission and payout activity is visible in your partner dashboard.
5 Partner Conduct
- Referrals must be genuine healthcare providers interested in DOCS RCM services.
- Partners may not misrepresent DOCS RCM services, pricing, or results.
- Spam, false advertising, or misleading claims to obtain referrals are not permitted.
6 Program Changes & Termination
DOCS RCM may update these terms, the commission structure, or the Partner Program at any time. DOCS RCM also reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner account for violation of these terms. Commissions earned prior to termination will still be paid out.
